Nino Taubmann

The journey started with one simple question of an 8 year old:"What did The Bloodhound Gang actually try to say in The Bad Touch?" While the actual contents of that song might not belong here, it did start a curiosity that has stayed consistent until today. Wanting to understand what bands tried to say in their songs lead to understanding where some of those messages came from. That again lead to wanting to know more about the societal cicumstances from which they came. One single question had opened up a lifelong rabbit hole and Nino sure is glad he went down that hole. After graduating in Political and Social Studies at the University of Würzburg, it had finally brought him to Leipzig where he can now fully indulge himself into finding out about all kinds of pop culture refernces as well as their origin and cultural impact.
