aspeers, the first and currently only peer-reviewed journal for MA-level American studies scholars in Europe, has welcomed a new editorial team headed by Florian Bast, general editor of the fifth issue of aspeers (2012). The editorial team is inviting fellow graduate students to reflect on the diverse roles and meanings of "American Food Cultures."
