Michéle Maria Fast

Michèle Fast is a master’s student of North American Studies at the John-F.-Kennedy Institute at FU Berlin. She obtained a BA in American Studies in Hamburg with her final thesis on Patti Smith, which fostered an interest in the city of the cultural imagination and phenomenological approaches to literary and film analysis. Her interests led her to a semester at NYU in the fall of ’22, as well as a semester at Université Paris Cité in the Spring of ’24. Her lifelong investment in creative writing continues with an experimental book project.
