Lara Dawurske

In 2024, Lara graduated from Leibniz University in Hanover with a bachelor’s degree in English and German Studies. Particularly interested in literary and cultural studies, she wrote her bachelor’s thesis on maternal mental health in twentieth-century and contemporary literature—an interest that she would like to explore further during the ASL program at Leipzig University. If Lara is not busy with any university-related work, she works as a freelance journalist for various (online) magazines, goes to concerts and probably spends a bit too much time with delving into pop-cultural rabbit holes.
